After 28 years in executive search — including 20 years leading Vell Executive Search and eight years with Heidrick & Struggles — I retired from executive search in December 2024.

It was an extraordinary privilege to work with so many talented executives, board members, founders, investors and companies over the years. I am deeply grateful for the trust that clients and candidates placed in me, for the relationships that grew from the work, and for the many friendships that continue today.

That email address is not mine, is not affiliated with me or Vell Executive Search, and is not authorized by me. I have no involvement with searches being conducted from that address.

In some instances, recipients have apparently been directed to or referred to my LinkedIn profile. My LinkedIn profile, professional history, former client relationships and industry connections should not be interpreted as evidence that I am involved with any such search.

Any genuine email communication from me will come from an @vell.com email address.
