Verizon Communications, New York - Verizon Communications accepted the resignation of Lowell C. McAdam as CEO. Mr. McAdam will remain Chairman of the Board. The Board appointed Hans E. Vestberg, currently Verizon’s EVP, President of Global Networks and CTO, as CEO of Verizon.

ValueMomentum, New Jersey - ValueMomentum announced that Kalyan Kodali has been appointed as the CEO. Kalyan was most recently President of ValueMomentum's Enterprise Business overseeing the insurance, financial services and healthcare verticals. The Company provides professional services and pre-packaged IT solutions to the insurance and financial services industries.

Digital Ocean, New York - DigitalOcean appointed accomplished technology leader Mark Templeton as CEO. He will also join the company’s board of directors. Former President and CEO of Citrix Systems.  The  Company provides a cloud infrastructure for software developers to deploy and scale their applications.

1010data, New York - 1010data appointed Greg Munves as President and CEO. Greg previously served as President and COO of the company, where he led strategic planning, field operations and product development, as well as shepherded 1010data’s $500 million acquisition by Advance.  The Company provides big data discovery and data sharing solutions for business and technical users.

Critical Alert Systems, Maine - Critical Alert Systems has appointed John Elms as CEO to lead the company to its next stage of development and growth. Elms joins Critical Alert from Connexall USA where he served for the previous eight years as President and CEO.  The Company designs and delivers nurse call solutions for hospital-wide communications.

IIOT-OXYS, Massachusetts - IIOT-OXYS appointed Clifford L. Emmons, 56, as CEO, Principal Executive Officer, Interim CFO, Principal Financial Officer, and director. From 1995 to 2017, Mr. Emmons worked for Medtronic, where he served in various capacities including several VP and Director positions. Mr. Emmons is also the founder of AHI.  The Company focuses on identifying, developing, and marketing engineered products, software, and services for the applications in the Industrial Internet. Its Industrial Internet application involves in collecting and processing data collected from various industrial systems and machines.

Extreme Reach, Massachusetts - Tim Conley appointed to the position of CEO. Conley, who co-founded Extreme Reach and previously served as COO, has been President of the company since October 2017.  Extreme Reach, a video advertising technology provider, offers a cloud technology software platform that enables the management, delivery, and measurement of multi-screen advertising campaigns.

Personnel Data Systems, Pennsylvania - PDS announced the retirement of President and CEO Charles Jefferies and the appointment of Patricia Palmer as President and CEO. Ms. Palmer is currently the SVP and Product Manager at PDS. She joined the company in 1984. The Company develops a Web-based human resource, benefits, recruiting, and payroll system.

Buildium, Massachusetts - Buildium announced that it has appointed Christopher (Chris) Litster as CEO and successor to Michael Monteiro. Since January 2017, Litster has served as Buildium’s Chief Customer Officer, managing the customer-facing teams for the business.  The Company develops online property management software for small businesses.

Canon Solutions America, New York - After more than 38 years working at Canon, Toyotsugu Kuwamura, Chairman and CEO of Canon Solutions America is set to retire. Chairman and CEO, Canon U.S.A. Mr. Joe Adachi will assume the role as Chairman and CEO of the company.

Dora Vell

Dora Vell is the Managing Partner of Vell Executive Search, a boutique executive search firm in Boston focused on recruiting technology executives and board members. She has received an MBA from the University of Toronto, a Master in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor in Computer Science from Carleton. She has also completed the MIT Entrepreneurial Master’s program.
