American banker and former Chairman and CEO of RBS Citizens Financial Group and RBS Americas Ellen R. Alemany, 60, notified the Board of Automatic Data Processing, that she will not stand for re-election as a director of the company at the end of her current term.
Yahoo! Appoints Former Morgan Stanley Exec and Current CFO of Broadcom as Directors
Yahoo! appointed Catherine J. Friedman and Eric K. Brandt to serve as directors of Yahoo. Catherine J. Friedman held numerous positions over a 23-year investment banking career with Morgan Stanley, including Managing Director and Head of West Coast Healthcare and Co-Head of the Biotechnology Practice, where she was strategic and transaction advisor to many of the most important companies in the sector. Friedman is a director of XenoPort, EnteroMedics, GSV Capital, Innoviva (formerly Theravance), and Radius Health.
Eric K. Brandt served as the CFO of Broadcom Corporation until its acquisition by Avago in February 2016, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Avanir Pharmaceuticals, and as the Chief Financial Officer of Allergan. Brandt also served as Vice President and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group. Brandt is a director of Lam Research Corporation and Dentsply Sirona.
Wipro Limited Appoints Couple of Board Members
Wipro appointed Patrick Dupuis to its Board of Directors. He is currently SVP for Simplicity, Quality and Productivity at Global technology platform and payments leader, PayPal. Dupuis joined PayPal in 2010 as CFO to help PayPal expand globally and build a sustainable growth company.
Dr. Patrick J. Ennis, a widely respected technologist and venture capitalist, also joined the Wipro board. Ennis spent over twenty five years as an educator, inventor, scientist, and venture capitalist. He is currently the Global Head of Technology at Intellectual Ventures, a privately-held invention capital company, where he invests in innovation and technology commercialization world-wide. Previously, Ennis was Managing Director of ARCH Venture Partners where he funded and built startups in a wide range of markets and technologies. Earlier in his career he worked at AT&T, Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies. He has served on numerous corporate, educational, and non-profit Boards.

Autodesk Appoints Three Directors to the Board
Autodesk appointed to its board was Scott Ferguson, managing partner of Sachem Head, Rick Hill, board chairman of Tessera Technologies (TSRA), and Jeff Clarke, CEO of Eastman Kodak (KODK).
Scott Ferguson is the Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager of Sachem Head. Prior to founding Sachem Head, he spent nine years as a Partner at Pershing Square Capital Management, where he joined as the firm’s first investment professional.
Richard S. Hill currently serves as Chairman of Tessera Technologies and as Director of Arrow Electronics and Cabot Microelectronics. He served as Tessera’s Interim CEO in 2013. He previously served as the CEO and Director of Novellus Systems, until its acquisition by Lam Research in June 2012.
Jeff Clarke is the CEO and Director of Kodak. Prior to joining Kodak, Jeff was a Managing Partner of Augusta Columbia Capital (ACC), a private investment firm he co-founded in 2012.
Semtech Names Ye Jane Li to its Board of Directors
Semtech has appointed Ye Jane Li (Jane Li) as its newest director. Li has been a strategic advisor to Diversis Capital, since 2013. Li was the COO for Huawei Enterprise USA from 2012 to 2015. Before joining Huawei Enterprise USA, she served as GM for Huawei Symantec USA. Li previously served as a board member for Women in Cable TV and Telecommunications.
CSRA Names Former Jacobs Engineering CEO to its Board
CSRA, that provides IT services to U.S. government clients in national security, civil government, and health care and public health, elected Craig Martin to the company's Board of Directors. Martin served as a Senior Advisor to Jacobs Engineering until December 2015. In 2002, he was named President and a Board Member of Jacobs Engineering and between 2006 and 2014 he assumed the additional responsibilities of CEO.
National Instruments Appoints One of the Key Innovators in the Wireless Industry as Director
National Instruments, provider of modular hardware platforms and system design software, appointed Gerhard P. Fettweis to the Board. Since 1994, Fettweis has held the Vodafone Chair at TU Dresden, with 20 companies from Asia, Europe and the United States sponsoring his research on wireless transmission and chip design. He coordinates two German Science Foundation centers in Dresden and the 5G Lab Germany. Fettweis is also a research scientist with International Computer Science Institute (ICSI), a leading independent nonprofit center for research in computer science, affiliated with University of California, Berkeley.
Fair Isaac Corporation Announces Board Changes
FICO announced that board director Braden R. Kelly, 44, will succeed A. George (Skip) Battle, 71, as chairman of the board. Kelly has served as a director since February 12, 2013. Kelly is an Investment Partner at Health Evolution Partners since July 9, 2013.
Battle, who will continue to serve on the board, was elected chairman in 2002.
FICO also elected Mark W. Begor, 57, as a director of the company. Begor served as the CEO and President at GE Energy Management until October 1, 2015. Before that, he was President and CEO of GE Real Estate (also known as GE Capital Real Estate).
The company also announced that Duane E. White, 59, has retired from the board, after serving since February 2009.

HomeAway Co-Founder Joins GoDaddy’s Board of Directors
GoDaddy appointed Brian Sharples to its board of directors. Sharples, the co-founder and CEO of HomeAway, brings vast technology brand and entrepreneurial leadership. Sharples co-founded HomeAway with Carl Shepherd in February 2005. Prior to HomeAway, Sharples was CEO of IntelliQuest Information Group. Epiq Systems Names Cerner Co-Founder and Former Thomson Reuters Legal Business President to Board
Epiq Systems appointed Cerner co-founder Paul Gorup and former Thomson Reuters legal business president, Michael Suchsland, 55, to Epiq's Board of Directors. Gorup and Suchsland will replace James A. Byrnes, 68, and Charles C. Connely, IV, 67, who will retire from their roles as directors.
The company also selected Douglas M. Gaston to succeed W. Bryan Satterlee as lead independent director.
Gorup is a co-founder and former chief of innovation of Cerner. In 1987, he left Cerner and co-founded Broadcast Data Systems (BDS). He returned to Cerner in 1999 and launched the company into new markets with data services and later analytics solutions for life sciences, biosurveillance technology and medical devices.
Suchsland is currently a principal at Joplin Consulting, a firm he founded in 2014, which serves private equity firms and companies in information, software and services. He was president of Thomson Reuters’ legal business segment from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, he was SVP, then president, of Thomson Reuters’ corporate/government/academic business.
