Imation announced that Linda Hart, 69, has retired as Non-executive Chairman of its Board of Directors. Ms. Hart was a director of Imation since its inception in 1996 and was elected Non-Executive Chairman in 2007. She has been Vice Chairman and CEO of Hart Group since 1990 and Vice Chairman, President, & CEO since 2008. Hart also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Center for Strategic & International Studies, the Women's Leadership Board, Harvard University and the Kennedy School of Government.
Bitstream announced the resignation of CEO & President Anna Chagnon, 43. She has also resigned as a director of the Company. Chagnon has been with Bitstream since 1997 and has served as VP, Finance, CFO, and COO.

Susan Carter, 52, has been elected to Air Products’ Board of Directors. Carter previously served as CFO, EVP, & CFO of KBR, a $10 billion global engineering and construction company, and has held senior financial roles at Cummins, Lennox, and Honeywell.
Huntsman announced the joining of Mary Beckerle, 56, to its Independent Director of its Board in order to fill the vacancy created by the departure of Marsha Evans. Dr. Beckerle currently serves as CEO & Director of Hunstman Cancer Institute. Beckerle has served on the Advisory Committee of the National Institute of Health and as President of the American Society for Cell Biology.
Judy McGrath, 58, Chairman & CEO of MTV since 2004, has announced she is leaving the company. A successor has yet to be named.
World Wrestling Entertainment announced that Patricia Gottesman has joined as Director on its Board. Gottesman is currently President and CEO of Crimson Hexagon, a social media monitoring and analysis company. She has previously served for Omnibus PG and Cablevision.

Healthcare supplier PDI announced that Jan Martens Vecsi, 66, is retiring from the Board. The company will not be filling her seat on the Board. Vecsi was a Senior HR Officer at Citibank before joining the PDI board.
