Susan L. Decker Not to Stand for Re-Election for Intel’s Board
Susan L. Decker, 53, decides not to stand for re-election to Intel’s Board. Decker, a director of the company since 2006 and the company's independent Lead Director since 2012, will continue to serve as independent Lead Director and will maintain her committee memberships until the 2016 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. She was president of Yahoo! in 2007 and 2008, leading the operations of the company while Jerry Yang's was CEO.
Accenture Appoints Retired Vodafone CEO to Board
Accenture appointed Arun Sarin, 61, to the company’s Board of Directors. Sarin was CEO of Vodafone Group Plc from 2003 until his retirement in 2008, and also served as a director of Vodafone from 1999 to 2008. After his retirement in 2008, he served as a senior advisor to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Company for five years. Sarin began his career at Pacific Telesis Group in 1984.
Dell and EMC Appoint Michael S. Dell as Chairman and CEO of Combined Company; Director Resigns
Dell and EMC recently announced they have signed a definitive agreement under which Dell, together with its owners, Michael S. Dell, founder, chairman and CEO of Dell, MSD Partners and Silver Lake, will acquire EMC, while maintaining VMware as a publicly-traded company. The combination of Dell and EMC will create the integrated technology company. Following completion of the transaction, Michael S. Dell will lead the combined company as chairman and CEO.
Jos E. Almeida, 53, resigned from the Board of Directors of EMC Corporation. Almeida indicated that his resignation was due to his election as Chairman and CEO of Baxter International.
Infosys’ Director Who is Former Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency Resigns
Carol M. Browner has resigned as Member of the Board and Independent Director of Infosys, due to personal reasons. Browner served as director of the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change Policy in the Obama administration from 2009 to 2011. She serves as a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress and is Counselor to the Albright Stonebridge Group. She previously served as Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) during the Clinton administration from 1993 to 2001 and was the longest-serving administrator in the history of the EPA. She headed the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation from 1991 to 1993.
Intuit’s Chairman Bill Campbell Retires
Intuit announced that Bill Campbell, 75, long-time executive, Intuit board member and chairman, will step down from his role and retire from the board at the end of his current term. Campbell has been an Intuit director since 1994 and assumed his role as chairman of the board in August 1998. He previously served as Intuit’s president and CEO from April 1994 to July 1998 and as acting CEO from September 1999 until January 2000.
Brad Smith will become Chairman and Suzanne Nora Johnson will become Lead Independent Director. An Intuit board member since 2007 and chair of the Acquisition Committee since 2012, Nora Johnson will contribute her extensive experience from her tenure as Vice Chairman of the Goldman Sachs Group in managing large, complex, global institutions as well as insights into how to manage change in the financial services industry, public policy and the macro-economic environment. Nora Johnson currently serves in various leadership roles on the boards of American International Group, Pfizer, and VISA.
HCL Technologies Appoints Recognized Business Leader from Continental Europe as Director
HCL Technologies appointed Thomas Sieber as an Independent Director on its Board. Sieber currently serves as Chairman of Salt Mobile SA, a leading Telecom company and is Chairman Designate of Axpo Holding AG, an energy leader active in 20 countries. Besides these, Sieber serves on the board of several sector leading companies such as Garaio AG, RTX and Sierra Wireless.

Douglas M. Leone, 57, a member of the Board of Directors of ServiceNow, notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Board. Leone is managing partner of esteemed venture capital firm Sequoia Capital.
Former U.S. Senator Joins CenturyLink Board of Directors
Communications company CenturyLink appointed former U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu, D-La., 59, to its board of directors. Landrieu received formerly served as a La. state representative (1980-1988) and state treasurer (1988-1996) before serving in the U.S Senate from 1996-2014.
Former Managing Director of Bain Capital Resigns from Fleetcor Technologies’ Board
Andrew B. Balson retired from the board of directors of FleetCor Technologies for personal reasons. The board has not yet determined whether to fill the vacancy created by Balsons retirement or reduce the size of the board. Balson is a former managing director of Boston-based private equity firm Bain Capital.

Seagate Technology Appoints Global Economist to Board; Sees CFO Replacement
Seagate Technology announced that Dr. Dambisa Moyo was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors. Dr. Moyo is a global economist and current board member at Barclays Bank, Barrick Gold Corporation and SABMiller. Her previous experience includes serving as an economist for Goldman Sachs’ debt capital markets, hedge fund coverage and global macroeconomics teams for almost a decade.
SS&C Technologies Witnesses Board Member Changes
Allan M. Holt retired as a director of SS&C Technologies Holdings. The Board of Directors of SS&C elected Smita Conjeevaram as a director. Conjeevaram is an industry veteran and entrepreneur with decades of experience leading the financial operations for global financial services companies. A CPA with ten years of experience in the Big 4, she is a well qualified financial expert with significant regulatory and international tax expertise. In her most recent operational role, she served as chief financial officer of the credit hedge funds of Fortress Investment Group, a $74 billion global investment firm. Prior to that, she served as the CFO of Everquest Financial, Strategic Value Partners, ESL Investments and Sentinel Advisors.
Retired Citrix CEO Mark Templeton Joins Board of Keysight Technologies
Keysight Technologies appointed Mark Templeton to its board of directors. Templeton served from June 2001 until his recent retirement in October 2015 as the president and CEO of Citrix Systems. Prior to assuming those positions, he served in various executive posts at Citrix.
Maggie Wilderotter Joins as Director of DreamWorks Animation While Stepping down from P&G’s Board
DreamWorks Animation announced that Maggie Wilderotter joined its Board of Directors. Wilderotter is Executive Chairman of Frontier Communications, a post she has held since April 2015, having previously served as that company's Chairman and CEO from 2006 to 2015. Wilderotter also served on the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC).
Wilderotter notified The Procter & Gamble Company of her decision not to stand for re-election to the Company's Board of Directors. This decision was made in connection with Wilderotter's transition to Executive Chairman of Frontier Communications earlier this year and her desire to pursue other interests.
EarthLink’s CEO Joins Commvault’s Board
Commvault appointed Joseph F. Eazor, president and CEO of EarthLink Holdings, to the company's board of directors. Eazor is a technology and software industry veteran. As president and CEO of EarthLink, Eazor has implemented a significant reorganization and turnaround for the company that included expanded products and services offerings, new go-to-market strategies, a more disciplined cost and capital structure, and a strengthened leadership team.
RingCentral Appoints Google Exec to Board
RingCentral appointed Allan Thygesen, VP of Global SMB Sales and Operations at Google, to its board of directors. Thygesen brings expertise in sales, marketing and operations, as well as experience as a managing director and partner in the U.S. venture fund for The Carlyle group, and served as an executive and board member in several public and private companies, including Wink Communications, which he helped take public in 1999. Thygesen is currently a lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Global Marketing Expert Joins Marketo’s Board
Marketo appointed Cammie Dunaway, global marketing expert, to its board of directors. Most recently, Dunaway served more than four years as the U.S. president and global CMO of KidZania, a leader in children's education and entertainment, where she created the company's first marketing organization and laid the groundwork for its entry into the U.S. market. Dunaway also spent four years as the CMO at Yahoo, and 13 years at Frito-Lay where she held a number of positions including chief customer officer.
CSG’s CEO and Board Member Replaced
Peter E. Kalan, CSG's current CEO, will retire from the company and resign from CSG's Board. Bret C. Griess, CSG's current President and COO, will become the CEO and President of CSG, and be appointed as a director of CSG's Board to fill the vacancy created by Kalan's departure.
