On September 23, 2015, Sohail M. Parekh notified Infoblox of his decision to step down as EVP, Engineering of the company effective October 5, 2015. Mr. Parekh has agreed to provide transition services thereafter until January 4, 2016. Alan Conley, the Company's CTO, will serve as interim Engineering leader until Mr. Parekh's successor has been appointed.

GE's CTO, Mark Little, will retire at the end of the year after 37 years of dedicated service and leadership to GE. Mark was named CTO in 2005 and has led Global Research through a decade of global expansion and the launch of signature initiatives such as the Industrial Internet and Brilliant Factory. Succeeding Mark as CTO and head of Global Research will be Vic Abate, who is currently President and CEO of GE's Power Generation business in Schenectady. Abate is a 25-year GE veteran.

Jim Fowler has been promoted to CIO of GE. Previously, Jim was CIO for GE Capital.
FCA US, Michigan - $87.12B, October 2015
FCA US named Ryan Talbott CIO for its NAFTA region. NetApp appointed Mark Bregman as CTO. Bregman, who has over 30 years of technology experience, was most recently CTO of machine-learning start-up SkywriterRX  where he currently serves as a board member and an advisor.
Regions Financial, Alabama - $4.95B, October 2015     
Regions Financial Corporation announced that Cindy Rogers, senior EVP and head of Operations and Technology, will retire on December 31, 2015, after a 36-year career at Regions. In conjunction with Rogers’ retirement, Regions will realign the Operations and Technology Group under the Regional Banking Group, which is led by John Owen, a senior EVP. The Regional Banking Group includes the Consumer Services Group, the Wealth Management Group, and the market leaders throughout the footprint. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Colorado - $4.57B, October 2015        
Chipotle Mexican Grill announced that it has hired Curt Garner as CIO. Garner, who held the same position at Starbucks Coffee Corporation, will join Chipotle effective November 23, 2015, and become the company’s first CIO.
T. Rowe Price Group, Maryland - $4.15B, September 2015     
T. Rowe Price Group announced that it named Nigel Faulkner head of technology, effective Aug. 31, 2015. William Strickland, who has served as head of services and technology since 2012, retains his responsibilities for the firm's global services organization. Most recently, Faulkner served as managing director and CIO for the investment bank of Credit Suisse Group AG.
Chipotle Mexican Grill, Colorado - $4.11B, October 2015        
Chipotle Mexican Grill hired Curt Garner as its first ever CIO, and he starts Nov. 23. Garner is presently CIO for Starbucks.

Burberry Group plc has announced the appointment of Fumbi Chima as CIO, effective November 2015.

Don Goin recently re-joined Santander Consumer USA as CIO. Don previously served as CIO for the company from 2006 to 2011.
Sanoma Oyj, Uusimaa - $1.99B, September 2015         
Sanoma appointed Kai Taka-aho as CTO as of October 15, 2015, reporting to Arthur Hoffman, CEO, Sanoma Digital & Technology. Kai Taka-aho joined Sanoma in 2000 and has held a variety of positions at the company. In 2008 he was appointed as VP, Online for Nelonen Media, the broadcasting arm of Sanoma Media Finland. Dora Vell is the Managing Partner of Vell Executive Search, a boutique executive search firm in Boston focused on recruiting technology executives and board members. Vell has successfully completed numerous board member and C-level executive searches, including CEOs, COOs, CIOs, and Vice Presidents - at both public and private companies.
