Karim Karti, 43, former Regional President and CEO of GE Healthcare, has been named VP and Chief Marketing Officer at GE Healthcare. Karti will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies for GE Healthcare globally. Karti has been with GE Healthcare for 15 years, having served in a number of business management, services, sales and marketing roles in the U.S., Asia and EMEA before assuming his current position. In his most recent post as president and CEO of GE Healthcare for Russia & CIS, Turkey & Central Asia, the Middle East & Africa, he led market expansion of local capabilities and partnerships with public and private customers. OmniComm Systems named Thomas Vickers as CFO. Mr. Vickers is currently VP of Finance for the company and joined OmniComm in 2011 from Ocwen Financial Corporation, a diversified financial services holding company, where he served in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Director, Servicing Operations.
