She has also produced and directed films. Leonard H. Dreyer was also appointed to Twarpr's board. Dreyer has held several top leadership positions at major companies and philanthropic organizations. A Marine Corps veteran, Dreyer was CEO, chairman and president of Marie Callender Restaurants and vice president of Denny's.

Philip Raygorodetsky, 36, Senior Managing Director of GSC Group, resigned to fulfill other commitments. Frank previously served on Viasystems board from November 2008-March 2009.
Colorado-based IT Services firm, Ciber named Paul Jacob, 70, as its non-executive Chairman. The founding partner in Jacobs Chase Frick Kleinkopf & Kelly, a mid-sized law firm, has served on the board since 2005. Ciber also made three other executive changes in its leadership.

Immersion Corporation announced that David Sugishita, 61, has been elected to the company's board of directors, replacing Rob Van Naarden, who is retiring from the board. Sugishita currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Atmel, where he chairs the Audit and Corporate Governance and Nominating committees, and as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Ditech Networks.

CyberDefender Corporation announced that Howard Bain III, the former CFO of Symantec and Portal Software (subsequently acquired by Oracle) has joined the board of directors. Howard Bain III, 64, has served as CFO or senior financial executive of five public high technology companies during more than three decades in Silicon Valley.
CyberDefender Corporation announced that Tom Connerty, 47, former Chief Marketing Officer of NutriSystems, has joined the board of directors. Connerty was previously Executive Vice President of program development and Chief Marketing Officer of NutriSystems and was instrumental in successfully creating and implementing an innovative direct marketing program.
In a board shakeup, Callidus Software nominated Mark Culhane, 50, to its board to replace Robert Youngjohns. Youngjohns, 57, was recently promoted to be President of Microsoft's North American Sales and Marketing operations. His term expires at the end of the 2010 annual meeting and he has decided not to stand reelection. Culhane is the Executive Vice President and CFO for DemandTec. Superstar customer-facing Youngjohns was replaced by a CFO, perhaps indicating a desire to beef up the audit committee.

IT Services ATS Corporation has elected Anita Jones, 68, to its Board of Directors. Jones is a University Professor Emerita at the University of Virginia's School of Engineering and Applied Science and is a Senior Fellow of the Defense Science Board, a member of the National Academy of Engineering, a trustee of InQTel and a member of the Executive Committee in the governing corporation of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. ATS also elected James Swartwout, 62, to its board. He most recently served as Co-CEO and board member of Habasit Holding and is a director of Sparton Corporation.
Facial Animation software maker Image Metrics appointed Peter Norris, 54 as board director. Norris has served as a non-executive Chairman of Virgin Group Holdings since November 2009 and previously served as CEO of Quayle Munro Holdings. This is a big appointment for a very small software company with an impressive client list.

Equifax's TALX subsidiary announced that Bill Canfield, 71, is retiring from its board. Canfield has been a director since May 2007 and previously served as President and CEO of TALX.
