Mr. Steven G. Chambers, also known as Steve, serves as the CEO of Jibo, Inc. Mr. Chambers served as the President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing and EVP at Nuance Communications, Inc. Mr. Chambers served as the CMO of Worldwide Sales and EVP of Enterprise Division at Nuance Communications, Inc. since 2009. He served as EVP of Worldwide Sales at Nuance Communications, Inc. from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Chambers has over 25 years of experience in high-tech sales and marketing for both start-ups and established companies. He served as President of Mobile and Enterprises Division of Nuance Communications, Inc. from 2008 to r 2009. He served as EVP of Worldwide Sales of Speechworks International, Inc. since 2002. Mr. Chambers served as President of Nuance Mobile & Enterprise Division of Nuance Communications, Inc. (formerly ScanSoft Inc.). He served as President of SpeechWorks Solutions Division of Nuance Communications, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Chambers served as President of Mobile & Consumer Services Division of Nuance Communications, Inc. from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Chambers served as CMO of Speechworks International, Inc. from September 1999 to August 2003 and also served as its VP of Worldwide Marketing since September 1999. From December 1997 to December 1998, he served as GM and CMO for Polycom, Inc. (formerly PictureTel Corporation). From 1992 to 1997, he served as GM and VP of Product & Corporation Marketing for Polycom, Inc. (formerly PictureTel Corporation). He served as Senior VP and GM of Network Speech until March 19, 2004. He joined Nuance Communications in August 2003 as part of the SpeechWorks acquisition, where he served as Senior VP of worldwide sales and CMO, after joining it in 1999. From October 1998 to July 1999, he served as VP of Marketing at Arbortext Inc. and served as its CMO from December 1998 to September 1999. From October 1997 to October 1998, he served as VP of Marketing for Vdonet Corporation. From November 1991 to October 1997, he served as VP of Worldwide Marketing at PictureTel Corporation. Prior to PictureTel, he was a Consultant for a division of McKinsey Corporation. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Kasisto, Inc. He served as a Director of LogMeIn, Inc from 2014 to 2017. He serves as Director of CallMiner, Inc. He has been a Director of Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Chambers holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA and Masters in Communications and Science degree from Boston University.

Dora Vell

Dora Vell is the Managing Partner of Vell Executive Search, a boutique executive search firm in Boston focused on recruiting technology executives and board members. Vell has successfully completed numerous board member and C-level executive searches, including CEOs, COOs, CIOs, and Vice Presidents - at both public and private companies.

Prior to founding the firm in 2005, Vell was a Partner at Heidrick & Struggles' Technology practice for seven years.  Before her career in executive search, she worked at IBM for 11 years, managing software engineering organizations of 100 people and software sales organizations with revenues of $150 million. She has also served as an executive assistant to the CEO of IBM Canada for one year.

Vell holds seven worldwide software patents. She has published several Business of Leadership reports on governance and leadership and has been quoted in numerous articles including The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Business Week, Fortune, Agenda Week, MSNBC, Mass High Tech, the OPUS for the World Economic Forum, Boston Business Journal, The Globe & Mail, CIO Magazine, and IEEE. She also has been a featured speaker on leadership at numerous conferences and at Columbia University's MBA program.

Vell is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the Boston CEO Roundtable. She has served on the boards of Framingham State, Entrepreneur's Organization, Goodwill, Mary Centre for developmentally handicapped adults, garage.ca, and RBC Capital Partners.

She has received an MBA from the University of Toronto, a Master in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor in Computer Science from Carleton. She has also completed the MIT Entrepreneurial Master’s program.
