CHICAGO, IL and OTTAWA, ON -- Mr. Kenneth E. Millard, CPA serves as the Chairman at Dascom Systems Group. Mr. Millard serves as the Chairman of the Board at FirstHand Technologies. He was an Operating Partner at Strength Capital Partners. Mr. Millard served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Telular Corp. from April 18, 1996 to February 22, 2005. He served as a Consultant of Telular Corp.

Mr. Millard served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Oncor Communications. He worked at Ameritech Corp., where Mr. Millard served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Michigan Bell Telephone Company. Prior to that, he held the positions of Senior Vice-President of Corporate Strategy for three years and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Ameritech for four years. Mr. Millard also worked for AT&T and Wisconsin Bell as an Attorney. Mr. Millard served as the Chairman of Telular Corp.

He serves as a Director of Omnitech Inc., Dedicated Computing, Dascom Systems Group and SIPquest. He served as a Director of Telular Corp. Mr. Millard served as an Independent Director of Digi International Inc, for 16 years until 2015, and served as its Lead Director. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dora Vell is the CEO of Vell Executive Search, a boutique executive search firm in Boston that recruits technology executives and board members for companies ranging from promising tech startups to Fortune 100 companies. Throughout her 22-year career in executive search, she has successfully completed hundreds of assignments, placing board members, CEOs, COOs, CIOs, technology officers, vice presidents and many other C-level executives. Before her career in executive search, Vell worked for 11 years at IBM Canada in software-related roles of increasing responsibility.
