Vince Campisi, COO for GE Digital, responsible for cybersecurity, business and cloud operations, has left. He joins United Technologies as SVP, Digital, and CIO. Campisi started with GE in 1999 and progressed through leadership roles including GM, Cloud Services & CIO for GE Software.
Comcast Appoints Children's Hospital CEO Madeline Bell to the Board of Directors
Madeline Bell was appointed to Comcast Corporation's Board of Directors. Bell has been the President and CEO of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since July 2015 and, prior to that, had been its President and COO since 2010.

Wells Fargo & Company announced that Senior EVP Kevin Rhein, who serves as CIO and head of the Technology & Operations Group (TOG), and as a member of the company’s Operating Committee (OC), will retire at the end of March 2016 after more than 37 years with the company.
Cisco Appoints CTO for Security Solutions Division from Newly Acquired India-based Company Pawaa Software
Cisco has announced its first acquisition in India by taking over Pawaa Software. Pawaa's founder Prakash Baskaran has been appointed as CTO for Cisco's security solutions division. As CEO of Pawaa, he was solving the most critical challenges of file security with an innovative key management and file container technology. Prior to Pawaa, Prakash was founder of five other startups in the areas of VoIP services, HR/CRM solutions and B2B marketplaces. He has several years of work experience in industry-leading organizations such as AT&T, Lucent and IBM.
Visa Adds Brocade's CEO as Director
Visa elected Lloyd A. Carney, 53, as a new independent director. Carney is CEO and a director of networking communications company Brocade since January 2013. Prior to Brocade, he was CEO and a director of Xsigo Systems, an IT and hardware company; CEO and chairman of Micromuse, a networking management software company, acquired by IBM; and held senior leadership roles at Juniper Networks, Nortel Networks and Bay Networks.
Nokia Names Internal Candidate as HERE President
Nokia appointed Sean Fernback as President of HERE, Nokia's mapping and location intelligence business, and as a member of the Group Leadership team. Sean Fernback, who has been serving as SVP at HERE, is a trained engineer and a well-recognized technology expert with deep experience in the location, automotive, consumer and telecommunication businesses gained across a 25 year career. Fernback joined Nokia in early 2014 from TomTom, where he was a SVP of Engineering & Product Development. Prior to that, he served as CTO of both TV Compass and Boardbug; CIO of Pogo, and other entrepreneurial positions.
HTC’s Chief Designer Leaves
HTC’s chief designer Scott Croyle is leaving the company’s full-time employment to work on a range of efforts both for the company and for others. Croyle was the head of design firm One & Co until its acquisition by HTC and served as SVP of design for HTC since April 2011.
Annaly Capital Management’s New CTO Comes from Harvard Management
Financial services firm Annaly Capital Management appointed Michael Maffattone as the CTO. Most recently, Maffattone was the CTO of investment management company Harvard Management Company and prior to that was CIO of Caxton Associates.
JPMorgan Chase Hires New CIO from BP
JPMorgan Chase has appointed Dana Deasy as the company's new CIO. In this role, Deasy will be responsible for the firm's technology systems and infrastructure across all of its business globally. Deasy will be joining JPMorgan Chase from BP, where he was CIO and Group VP responsible for global IT, procurement and global real estate. Earlier in his career, Deasy served as CIO for General Motors North America, Tyco International and Siemens Corporation Americas.
