Susan L. Decker, 53, decides not to stand for re-election to Intel’s Board. Decker, a director of the company since 2006 and the company's independent Lead Director since 2012, will continue to serve as independent Lead Director and will maintain her committee memberships until the 2016 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. She was president of Yahoo! in 2007 and 2008, leading the operations of the company while Jerry Yang's was CEO.
Infosys’ Director Who is Former Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency Resigns
Carol M. Browner has resigned as Member of the Board and Independent Director of Infosys, due to personal reasons. Browner served as director of the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change Policy in the Obama administration from 2009 to 2011. She serves as a Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress and is Counselor to the Albright Stonebridge Group. She previously served as Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) during the Clinton administration from 1993 to 2001 and was the longest-serving administrator in the history of the EPA. She headed the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation from 1991 to 1993.

Seagate Technology Appoints Global Economist to Board; Sees CFO Replacement
Seagate Technology announced that Dr. Dambisa Moyo was elected to the Company’s Board of Directors. Dr. Moyo is a global economist and current board member at Barclays Bank, Barrick Gold Corporation and SABMiller. Her previous experience includes serving as an economist for Goldman Sachs’ debt capital markets, hedge fund coverage and global macroeconomics teams for almost a decade.

Conjeevaram is an industry veteran and entrepreneur with decades of experience leading the financial operations for global financial services companies. Gass has served as VP and CIO for Stanley Black & Decker since 2012 and was named an executive officer of the company the same year. Gass was previously employed as VP, IT Strategy & Technology by Dell.

Vin Murria was appointed as a non-executive director of Softcat plc. Murria is also a Non-executive Director at Zoopla Property Group Plc and Greenko plc, and a Partner at Elderstreet Investments. Global Marketing Expert Joins Marketo’s Board
Marketo appointed Cammie Dunaway, global marketing expert, to its board of directors. Most recently, Dunaway served more than four years as the U.S. president and global CMO of KidZania, a leader in children's education and entertainment, where she created the company's first marketing organization and laid the groundwork for its entry into the U.S. market. Dunaway also spent four years as the CMO at Yahoo, and 13 years at Frito-Lay where she held a number of positions including chief customer officer.
