On September 23, 2015, Sohail M. Parekh notified Infoblox of his decision to step down as EVP, Engineering of the company effective October 5, 2015. Mr. Parekh has agreed to provide transition services thereafter until January 4, 2016. Alan Conley, the Company's CTO, will serve as interim Engineering leader until Mr. Parekh's successor has been appointed.

Kamalesh Dwivedi, the company's CIO, separated from the company effective October 14, 2015.

Mr. Dhanda will start December 7, 2015.

JD.com, China - $23.59B, November 2015
JD.com appointed Chen Zhang to the position of CTO, effective immediately. Mr. Zhang joined JD.com in April, 2015 as SVP in charge of JD Mall’s research and development system. MasterCard Incorporated announced a series of executive appointments that will drive greater alignment and continue to evolve the company’s “Global Products and Solutions” and “Operations and Technology” business units. The appointments will become effective January 1, 2016. Ed McLaughlin has been named CIO. In this new role, McLaughlin will be responsible for ensuring the company efficiently delivers software development and integration efforts at the high standards. For the past five years, he served as chief emerging payments officer.
Garry Lyons, chief innovation officer, will now lead the Digital Payments and MasterCard Labs organizations. He will be responsible for consolidating the development and delivery of emerging digital payments solutions to ensure a high quality consumer and merchant experience.

Macquarie Group Limited, New South Wales - $7.37B, November 2015       
Macquarie Group hired Justin Raoul Moffitt as CIO. Moffitt, who will be based in Sydney, joins the Australian bank from Barclays Plc, where he has held the same role for Asia-Pacific since 2013. Justin Raoul Moffitt will start at Macquarie in February 2016.

Shiseido Company, Japan - $6.88B, November 2015    
Shiseido Company appointed Mitsuru Kameyama as Corporate Officer, Global Information & Communication Technology and his current title is General Manager, Strategic Information Systems Planning Department; Masaya Hosaka new responsibility as Corporate Officer, Assisting EVP and current responsibility is Corporate Officer, Assisting to Chief Technology and Information Officer.

Arthur J Gallagher, Illinois - $5.20B, November 2015

Juniper Networks, California - $4.64B, November 2015
Juniper Networks appointed Kevin Walker as security CTO. Walker joins Juniper Networks with more than 25 years of experience in information security and technology, most recently serving as VP and assistant chief information security officer at Walmart.com.

Fossil Group announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Misfit Sonny Vu will serve as president and CTO of connected devices for Fossil Group, and will be a member of the company's executive leadership team.

Cooper-Standard Holdings, Michigan - $3.25B, November 2015        
Cooper-Standard Holdingsappointed Susan Kampe to CIO effective December 1, 2015. Based at the company's world headquarters in Novi, Mich., Kampe will be responsible for leading the transformation of the company's IT function consistent with Cooper Standard's Profitable Growth Strategy. Most recently, Kampe served as managing partner and founder of Zang Consulting.

Keysight Technologies, California - $2.85B, November 2015   
Jay Alexander, Keysight SVP and CTO, will lead the Corporate Planning and Technology team. In this expanded role, Alexander has responsibility for strategic planning and corporate development, Keysight Labs, software architecture and platforms, and central technology development.

Globe Telecom announced the key senior management appointments and organizational changes effective November 9, 2015: Gil B. Genio will be the company's new Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO). Genio is currently the company's COO for international and Business Markets. Maria Aurora Sy-Manalang will be new CIO. Sy-Manalang joined the company in 2005. She has since then handled various leadership roles in the organization, the most recent of which was Head of Product Management.

Brocade Communications Systems, California - $2.26B, November 2015    
Hadi Nahari has been named as new VP and security CTO by Brocade and it promoted David Meyer to Brocade Fellow. Both the hiring are entailed to assist the firm to expand its aim in key technology areas, including security and machine learning. Before becoming part of Brocade, Nahari was working as chief security architect of mobile and software platforms at NVidia where he initiated Trusted Little Kernel, the foundation for Android Trusty.

Zions Bancorporation announced that Joseph (Joe) Reilly, who has been serving as CIO, will assume the new role of chief technology strategist. Jennider Smith will assume the role of CIO. She will be responsible for providing the company's banking divisions with technology solutions and operational support. Smith has served as director of Enterprise Operations since 2011. Reilly has served as the company's CIO since 2011.

Dun & Bradstreet announced that Josh Peirez has been appointed President and COO and Curtis Brown has been named Chief Content and Technology Officer.

ONE Gas, Oklahoma - $1.67B, November 2015   
On October 28, 2015, the ONE Gas Board of Directors elected Mark A. Bender, 50, to serve as the company's SVP, administration and CIO, effective November 1, 2015. Mr. Bender joined the company in April 2014 as VP and CIO.

Tribune Publishing Company, Illinois - $1.66B, November 2015        
Tribune Publishing appointed Rajiv Pant as its first chief product, technology and user experience officer. In his new role, Pant will report to Denise Warren, Tribune Publishing's president of Digital. He will oversee digital technology, product development and user experience for the company's portfolio, including the Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, as well as nine other premium news and information brands. Pant is the former CTO of The New York Times Co.
Also, the company named Mohti Pandey as SVP of Engineering and Mobile. In his new role, Pandey will report to Pant. He will be charged with strengthening Tribune Publishing's software engineering and suite of mobile products to deliver engaging experiences for consumers and advertisers. Currently, Pandey heads up mobile engineering for The New York Times Co. Both the appointment of Pant and Pandey are effective 30 November 2015.

The New York Times Company announced that Nick Rockwell has been named CTO, effective November 16, 2015. Mr. Rockwell will be responsible for all technology operations, including infrastructure, e-commerce, enterprise computing and development of the company’s digital systems. Mr. Rockwell joins the Times Company from Conde Nast, where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s technology development and operations.

Synovus Financial announced the promotion of Santosh Kokate to CTO and Amyn Tajani to Chief Digital Officer (CDO). Kokate has held a number of positions in IT since joining Synovus in 2006, including having responsibility for implementation of several strategic IT initatives. Tajani joined Synovus in 2013, and has provided leadership for the ATM refresh and deposit automation program, Synovus mobile banking upgrade and mobile deposit, the commercial portal update for business customers, and enhanced consumer payments and bill pay in online and mobile banking.

Palo Alto Networks appointed Lucas Moody as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Most recently, served as director of information security operations and engineering at Intuit.

The Kudelski Group appointed Rich A. Fennessy as Group SVP – and CEO of Kudelski Security. Most recently, he served as CEO of Fishnet Security. Christophe Nicolas, former Head of Kudelski Security, will become Group CIO, reporting to André Kudelski.

CONMED Corporation announced a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held SurgiQuest Inc. for $265 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Mr. Azarbarzin will join CONMED as CTO of the Advanced Surgical business. He will report to Bill Peters, VP and General Manager of Advanced Surgical.

Kapsch TrafficCom AG has announced that Alexander Lewald will be joining the Management Board of Kapsch TrafficCom AG as CTO effective November 1, 2015. Alexander Lewald's appointment as CTO will initially extend over four years. Alexander Lewald spent three years at the German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt, DLR) working at the DLR Institute of Robotics and System Dynamics. He spent five years at McKinsey & Company. Over the past 15 years, he has gathered extensive experience in setting up new businesses, for instance at Kapp IT Ventures, Gilde IT Management, SAP, and Parametric Technology Corp. (PTC). On November 4, 2015, Inteliquent appointed John Bullock and Brett Scorza to serve as CTO and EVP of Network Operations and CIO and EVP of Information Technology & Product Development, respectively. Mr. Bullock, 54, joined the company in 2004 and has served as the company's CTO since 2011. Prior to 2011, Mr. Bullock held a variety of technical leadership roles, including serving as the company's SVP of Network Operations and Engineering from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Scorza, 47, joined the company in 2004 and has served as the company's CIO since 2011. Prior to 2011, Mr. Scorza held positions overseeing the Company's domestic products and information systems, including serving as the Company's SVP of Information Systems from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Scorza has over 20 years of information technology and telecommunications experience.

Peak 10 announced that it has named Michael Fuhrman, a former Cisco executive with more than 20 years experience in threat defence and network security, as its new CTO tasked with overseeing the vendor's product and service strategy. Fuhrman is also responsible for leading Peak 10's research and development (R&D) efforts, internal IT initiatives, positioning the company's growth trajectory and delivering innovative solutions to customers.

Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited appointed Paul Littlefair as CIO. Paul, who has been acting in the role since September, has previously held senior IT roles at KiwiBank, ASB Bank and the Colonial Group and was also COO for the Bank of South Pacific for a time. Paul starts in the role immediately, reporting to the chief executive.

Alliant Insurance Services has named Steve Sampiere as its new CIO. The 35-year technology veteran will direct a breadth of initiatives focusing on innovation, security, and facilities as the company expands its national reach and product offerings. As Alliant’s CTO, Sampiere played a central role in transforming the company’s technology infrastructure amid significant organizational growth. Sampiere takes the reins of CIO from Ilene Anders, who assumed the role of CFO in September 2015.

Fay Servicing announced that it has selected Dave Siegel to join as the firm’s CIO. In his new role, Siegel is responsible for developing and implementing plans for enterprise technology strategy, data architecture and business intelligence, application development and platform support, information security, infrastructure and program management. Corbis announced that it has named Brian Cohee as CTO. Based in Seattle, Cohee is responsible for delivering the technological solutions that drive the business forward including advertising models and technologies, media systems, and supporting the ongoing transformation of Corbis. Cohee joins Corbis with more than twenty five years of experience in the technology space. He most recently was a cofounder of Mixpo, an advertising software company that creates digital video and social media marketing solutions.

Guidance Software announced that Ken Basore, newly appointed SVP of product engineering, will be assuming all day-to-day engineering and product development responsibilities from the company’s founder, Shawn McCreight. Mr. McCreight will focus on invention and next-generation technology and will continue as the chairman of the board. Mr. Basore joined Guidance Software in 2000 and has overseen research and development since 2004. Most recently, he served as Guidance’s CIO in charge of information security, IT operations, internal infrastructure, and the company’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.

Absolute Software Corporation welcomed Eric Aarrestad and Todd Wakerley as SVP of Product Management and Product Development, respectively. As SVP, Product Management, Mr. Aarrestad will advance product innovation while leading a world-class product organization. Aarrestad is responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap for all segments of the business, enabling continuous improvement and providing competitive advantage for the Absolute Data & Device Security (DDS) product line. The city of Raleigh has named Darnell Smith as the new CIO, effective January 4, 2016. Smith replaces Gail Roper, who, after securing several fiber installations for the city - including Google Fiber - left for the private sector. Smith currently works at Elster Group in Raleigh, serving as VP of group IT - a job he's had since 2011, managing a global staff 110 of IT professionals and an annual budget of $29 million. There, he developed a three-year IT strategy that, according to a city release, reduced operational spending by $12 million. Smith also held previous roles for E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company.
