Bunge, the agribusiness and food company, appointed Kathleen Hyle, 53, as an Independent Director. She has served as SVP of Constellation Energy and COO of Constellation Energy Resources since 2008. She will be retiring from Constellation Energy in July 2012. Prior to joining Constellation Energy, she was CFO with ANC Rental and AutoNation. Timken elected Diane C. Creel, 63, as director. She is the recently retired Chairman, CEO and President of Ecovation, a green technology company providing waste to energy treatment solutions to Fortune 1000 companies in the food and beverage industries. Prior to Ecovation, Creel was retired Chairman, CEO and President of Earth Tech, which, during her tenure completed 27 acquisitions and grew revenues from $50 million to $1.6 billion.

Ms. Nimocks is a retired director and Senior Partner of McKinsey serving clients in energy, logistics, manufacturing and professional services industries on a broad range of strategy, corporate finance, business building, portfolio management, operations, organization and risk-management issues. She is a member of several Boards of Directors, including Encana, a natural gas exploration and production company based in Canada; Rowan Companies, a drilling contractor; ArcelorMittal, the steel company and Valerus, a privately held natural gas compression company. She also serves as Chair of the Board of the Houston Zoo.

She joined Schnitzer Steel in 2005 as Chief Strategy Officer and previously served as EVP and COO. Prior to joining Schnitzer Steel, she was a managing director at JPMorgan Chase in London and a managing director at Deutsche Bank in New York and London.
