Delta-Q Technologies has named Evan C. Sanders as the new VP of Worldwide Sales. He joins Delta-Q from A123 Systems, where he most recently served as the VP of Global Sales. At A123, Mr. Sanders led sales initiatives for the automotive, electric grid, and commercial solutions markets. Prior to A123 Systems, Mr. Sanders served as the VP of Worldwide Sales at Centrality Communications, a manufacturer of GPS chip sets. During his time at Centrality, he managed the company’s sales and support activities in Asia. Before Centrality, Mr. Sanders was the VP of Worldwide Sales at MEMSIC, a leading provider of sensor systems and solutions. His responsibilities at MEMSIC included managing all sales and marketing activities, hiring sales members in Asia and Europe, and creating strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining MEMSIC, Mr. Sanders spent over 10 years in the optical components industry, most recently as Vice President of Business Development, Sales & Marketing for Axcel Photonics. He has also held senior sales positions with CyOptics, Lasertron, and Sipex.

Mr. Sanders holds a BSEE degree from Northeastern University.
