Understanding your company well and being armed with key information is essential to developing a successful search strategy and representing you in the marketplace. We send you a six page list of questions prior to an initial meeting. We will typically cover it at a high level before that meeting over the phone, so that we may understand the context of the search. More detailed discussions occur during the initial face to face meeting. Any analyst reports, investor presentations, latest board presentations and white papers you can provide to us are very helpful in increasing our understanding. Some of these are typically provided prior to the initial meeting and others once a search is started.
