Wolseley plc, the plumbing and heating products company, named Nadia Shouraboura to the Board. Nadia, a US Citizen, was formally a VP at Amazon.com where she served on senior leadership team and was responsible for implementing a new retail supply chain. After 8 years at Amazon, she founded Hointer. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Cimpress NV.
NASDAQ Elects AT&T President to Board
NASDAQ announced that Melissa M. Arnoldi, 43, was elected to the board. Arnoldi has been President of Technology Development at AT&T since September 2016. Arnoldi has served in various capacities at AT&T since 2008.
Microsoft Canada's Presidenbt Joins Board of Kansas City Southern
Kansas City Southern added Janet Kennedy to its Board of Directors. Kennedy is the President of Microsoft Canada. Stockland Appoints Former IBM Vet to Board

CEO of Compute Software Joins Morningstar Board
Morningstar announced that Caroline Tsay, 34, CEO of Compute Software, has been elected to Morningstar's board of directors. Prior to Tsay's top leadership position at Compute Software, she was VP and general manager of the online channel division at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company from 2013 to 2016. Earlier, she held several product leadership positions at Yahoo! across its consumer search, e-commerce, and advertising businesses. Tsay, is nationally renowned as a technology influencer and advisor, and was recognized among the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council. She currently serves on the board of directors at Rosetta Stone.

Former Capital One CISO Joins as Board Member of Peapack-Gladstone
